Trades Training Courses
Our practical, trades-based training courses provide a welcoming environment for individuals to grow their skill sets. Course curriculums include both classroom and practical components, with a focus on hands-on training. Trainees are tasked with real world examples, increasing their industry knowledge and problem-solving skills and in turn building their confidence and employability. Our courses are facilitated with industry partners – such as roofing, drywall, or carpentry companies – which have a desire to hire trainees at the completion of the course. This unique approach to training creates a direct link between trainees and industry companies, leading to immediate employment opportunities.

We understand that every community and business is unique, and therefore has a specific set of needs. Our customized programming allows for client input and curriculum flexibility to tailor programming to meet these needs. Perhaps you represent an Indigenous community that is looking to decrease third-party expenses by training your own people to complete the tasks instead?
